Today I’m going to introduce you to a museum dedicated to “paintings in stone”…the Museum of the Opaficio delle Pietre Dure in Florence, Italy!
A few thoughts as I look back on my new chapter here in Florence, Italy! ♥
It’s hard to believe that a year (and what a year for all of us!) has passed since I landed in Florence after over a year of planning and, despite the pandemic, set off on this new chapter in October 2020.
I love sharing about guests who have had fabulous, wonderful experiences with my Friends of Victoria!

Have you ever admired the frescoes of great artists and wondered how they are created? After taking a fresco painting workshop with Alan, I gained a new appreciation for this fine art.
