When Sharon reached out on behalf of her family (cousin Ty, sister Anita, brother -in-law Charles, and their neighbor, George), as a referral from a previous client, they had specific travel dates in mind and a very long “wish list”!

Planning ahead for a month in Italy (our initial contact started almost a year in advance and planning conversations almost eight months in advance) was ideal timing.

Requiring a LOT of communication, ultimately an itinerary including their top priority destinations: Milan, Lake Como, Lucca (where they had family roots and connections), somewhere in Umbria, and Rome, was finalized!

♦ As I always do, I partnered very closely with my professional local destination experts and contacts that I have known and worked with for years. Together, we discussed, planned, proposed, and collaborated on every detail to ensure that the Pantaleoni family vacation would not only meet but exceed their expectations and be virtually seamless…and it was!

♦ From their arrival in Milan and during their entire visit, I would “check in” to be sure everything was going as planned. After all travel is travel and the “unexpected” delays, glitches, etc., are always a possibility and my partners and I want our clients to know that we are “watching their back” every stop of the way…
