♦ This October three delightful couples came to Italy and all had a marvelous experience! ♦

Brian and Anne as well as Alyson, Ted and Hilary were all attending a wedding in Tuscany and decided to extend their visit. Thanks to my dear friend, Carol, they were referred to me to help plan their itineraries. And we did it! And everything was outstanding…here’s what they have to say (and, of course, the photos speak for themselves, don’t they?)!

“We are still reeling from our FABULOUS trip to your beautiful country, and are appreciative for your assistance in making it so special…

Both Brian and I so appreciate your guidance, Victoria, on the Rome “pacing” – I tend to over schedule and having just one outing per day was most helpful for our energy levels.
(Our) Rome accommodations … were just lovely – great location, service and amenities…The semi-guided tours…via LIV Tours were terrific – all of the guides were friendly, highly knowledgeable and energetic.”

And a train strike!  “…thanks very much to you both for flexibility on Siena pick up vs. Florence train station pick up.  I’m so glad it worked out, and Marco, the driver, couldn’t have been better! 
The day with Lorenzo was a highlight of our trip – to small towns and to the 7th generation winemaker.  What a treat to be with the family and to see the operation.  
Marco was JUST wonderful and so full of energy, enthusiasm, and information. The group with whom we toured were delightful to be with all day…the “hike” at the vineyard and lunch were another highlight…

Thanks again for your involvement in our trip, and I will be sure to pass your names along to friends and family who need assistance!”

Despite a few unavoidable and uncontrollable circumstances (a delayed flight  and weather!) Alison, Ted and Hilary were good sports and made the most of every minute!

“We really enjoyed our tour guide and was pleasantly surprised with how it worked out with the very wet weather.”

…and getting top notch service!
“Our driver this morning …sure did a great job getting us to the Milan train station on time as we were forced to turn around about 10 minutes from the start of our journey because unbeknownst to him, my husband’s wallet had fallen out of his pocket in the rush to get the luggage in the van in the dark and pouring rain. The wonderful hotel called when it was found and the driver turned around. The detour ended up taking about a half hour with rush hour traffic and rain. I really thought I was going to have to reschedule our train tickets. Milan’s train station is big. We made it to our seats with literally a minute to spare. I never got our driver’s name but he was determined to get us to the station in time.”

And enjoyed it all!

Beth and John traveled in Italy in 2023 and loved it so much they wanted to return. They had enjoyed their tour but wanted something more customized to what they wanted to do and see.
