You haven’t heard much from me over the summer…or late spring for that matter, but I’ve been quite busy behind the scenes.

Since the beginning of the year I’ve been sharing about my Italy Trip and Tour Design services and my collaborations with my fabulous “Friends of Victoria” in Italy.

So, my focus has continued to shift from offering organized tours on specific dates to designing and planning custom trips, tours and experiences for families, couples, friends, mothers & daughters, gal friends, small groups and even solo travelers. And all kinds of exciting things are happening!

I am loving working with clients to create exactly what they want to do on their trip to Italy and when they can and want to travel! (This is especially advantageous for those who want to celebrate a milestone occasion and for families who often can only travel in summer months.)

As I have expanded my partnerships and collaborations, I am so excited to offer more choices and possibilities for my clients…for YOU!

An important and unique aspect of my service is not only that it is a personal relationship but that I travel with my clients “virtually” from the day they depart until they return home! In other words, via WhatsApp and email, I’m in constant contact “real-time” to ensure that everything is going exactly as planned.

I understand how much it means to my clients that their first or even repeat vacation in Italy be absolutely wonderful and that’s my mandate, to be sure it is!

And the photos and day-to-day comments and feedback with happy, enthusiastic, smiling faces staying with my “Friends” … enjoying that delicious plate of homemade pasta or yummy gelato, touring the Colosseum in Rome or Uffizi in Florence, wine tasting in Chianti country, relaxing beach side in Positano or cooking with Mums in Puglia…that is absolutely the best!

For me, the positive reviews are so rewarding, the ultimate gratification. And receiving wonderful client referrals is the highest compliment – friends of friends! For that I am truly honored and grateful.

Connecting Friends with Friends, that’s what it’s all about! And I’ll be sharing more client photos,memories and stories – in their own words –  in the coming weeks and months…so stay in touch, won’t you?

In a few short days I’ll be on my way back to my beloved Italia… And I won’t be alone! In addition to leading two tours, I’ll also be exploring some new and some familiar places on my own…

First stop? Back to the appealing heel, Puglia!, with my wonderful Friends and local experts, Ylenia and Michele (YLTOUR DMC), and their fantastic team. We’ll be “kicking our heels” together enjoying picturesque towns and villages, savoring regional cuisine, sampling their fabulous vino and, of course, reveling in Salento-style hospitality …

After a few delicious weeks, your seeker of dolce vita will be heading north to Genoa, to meet my other group. Under the exceptional guidance of Friends, Emanuela and Anne (BeautifuLiguria) we’ll be “living the dream” together; first exploring the delightful gems of the Italian Riviera and then on to gorgeous and glamorous Lake Como! I can hardly wait…(George, chill the champagne!)

After I’ve said “arriverderci” to my last guest and my tour leader duties are over, I’ll hang out in Bellagio for a few days to indulge in a little “dolce far niente” (sweet doing nothing!) and then, the last stop? Back to Florence where I have a date with David!
